Terms of Service

Effective date: November 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to everyone who uses 2funny.fun (“2funny”, “we”, “us”), buys a DREAM MAKERS WANTED video slot, or joins our Referral Partner (affiliate) program. By placing an order or joining the program, you agree to these Terms. Please read them, especially section 3 (All sales are final) and section 7 (Referral Partner commissions).

1. DREAM MAKERS WANTED video slots

  • What you buy: a slot to show one video on the country page you choose, for 168 hours (7 days).
  • Length options and price: videos up to 1, 2 or 3 minutes, at the introductory price of US$9.99 per minute (US$9.99, US$19.98 or US$29.97). Prices are in US dollars. Your payment provider may add its own fees. We may change prices for future purchases; the price shown when you pay is the price you pay.
  • Limit: each country page shows up to 50 videos at a time. A slot is reserved for you once your payment is confirmed.
  • How it works: you pay first, then upload your video (MP4 or MOV, up to 200 MB) using the link on your order page, in your order email or in your account. Your video must fit the length you paid for. It goes live as soon as it is uploaded, and the 168 hours start at that moment.
  • Ending early: you can take your video down at any time from your order page or account. The remaining time is not refunded.

2. Upload deadline

Please upload your video as soon as possible. You have 14 days from payment to upload it. We send reminder emails after 1 day and after 5 days. If no video has been uploaded 14 days after payment, the slot is released so another buyer can use it. A released slot is not refunded.

3. All sales are final: no refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not give refunds, credits or exchanges, including (but not limited to) when:

  • you do not upload a video within 14 days and the slot is released;
  • you end your video early, or do not use the full 168 hours;
  • your video is removed because it breaks these Terms (section 5);
  • your video receives fewer views, contacts or results than you hoped;
  • you bought the wrong length or the wrong country.

One reason for this policy: half of every video slot payment is paid immediately to the Referral Partner who introduced the buyer (section 7). This policy applies to the extent permitted by law. It does not take away any rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.

4. Your video and your rights

You keep ownership of your video. By uploading it, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, convert (for example, compress it for faster playback) and show it on 2funny.fun and our related pages for as long as your slot is live, and to keep copies as described in section 8. You confirm that you own the video or have every permission needed for it, including the consent of every person who can be identified in it.

5. Content rules

Videos go live without being checked by us first, so you are responsible for what you upload. Your video must not:

  • be illegal, or promote illegal activity;
  • contain sexual content, nudity, graphic violence, or anything harmful to minors;
  • contain hate speech, harassment, threats, or discrimination;
  • infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights (for example, music you do not have the right to use);
  • be false, misleading, a scam, spam, or contain malware;
  • share other people’s personal information without their consent.

We may remove any video at any time, without notice and without refund, if we believe it breaks these Terms or the law, or if we receive a complaint we consider valid. To report a video, email info@2funny.fun.

6. Your information

To sell you a slot we collect your email address, the billing details you enter at checkout, and the display name you choose to show under your video. We use them to process your order, send your receipt, your upload link and reminders, and to run the Referral Partner program. If you start a purchase and do not finish it, we may send you one reminder email; every reminder has a link to stop them. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. Reminder records keep your email address for a short time only (about 8 days).

7. Referral Partner (affiliate) program: 50% paid immediately

  • Anyone can join, including people who have bought a video slot, at 2funny.fun/referral-partners.
  • What partners earn: a flat 50% of every DREAM MAKERS WANTED video slot bought by people they refer, 50% of booking fees, and 2% of contributions to crowdfunding for Community Development Projects, contestants and livestreamers attributed to them.
  • Paid immediately: the 50% video slot commission is credited to the partner’s balance the moment the buyer’s payment is confirmed, and is ready for payout straight away. It is sent with the partner’s next payout once their ready balance reaches the amount they chose (US$5 or US$10), to the PayPal or Stripe email in their partner dashboard.
  • How a referral is counted: by the referrer saved on the buyer’s account, or by the partner’s referral link if the buyer used it within the previous 90 days.
  • No self-referrals: partners do not earn on their own purchases.
  • Fair play: commissions are not paid on fraudulent, fake or reversed payments (for example chargebacks). If a commission was credited or paid for such a payment, we may cancel it or deduct it from future earnings, and we may close the partner account. Spam, misleading claims, or advertising on our name or brand keywords is not allowed.
  • Taxes: partners are independent, not our employees or agents, and are responsible for their own taxes on what they earn.
  • Changes: we may change commission rates or program rules for the future; changes do not affect commissions already credited.

8. Storage of videos

Uploaded videos are stored on our servers. After your slot ends (when the 168 hours are up, or when you end it early) we keep the video files for about 3 days and then delete them. Please keep your own copy of your video; we do not provide backups or downloads.

9. No guarantees

We work to keep the website available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee any number of views, contacts, bookings, sales or other results from a video slot, and we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors. If the website is unavailable for a while, the slot time is not extended or refunded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the website, the video slots or the Referral Partner program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase that the claim relates to.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order or join the program applies to that order or membership. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
